2nd Annual Run for the Border Barrel Race & AMERICAN QUALIFIER. Pima County Fairgrounds Tucson, Az September 14-15, 2024. Buckle Blow Out 40 plus buckles in the average, 10k in added money and prizes.

Entry Info: *all entry amount is PER DAY BOOKS OPEN July 1st & CLOSE Sept. 9th. 25.00 Late fee to enter on site. Enter each day up to the 200th runner.

Open 5D: $150 entry fee, daily added money with a 2 Go Average for awards. You must enter the open to enter other classes provided. All other classes are ran as side pots to the open and will carry over your time. With the exception of the youth and pee wee 0.5 splits. Entering 2 days automatically qualifies you for the average prizes.

Futurity 3D: $140 entry fee, 0.7 splits. Open time will carry over from open. Day money, average awards if entered both days.

Derby 3D: $140 entry fee, 0.7 splits. Open time will carry over from the Open. Day money, average awards if entered both days.

Big Banks 5D: $500.00 entry fee, 1 Go 2 performances (Saturday, Sunday) Time will carry over from Open. No entry limit you may enter as many times as you would like on one horse or multiple. Champion Average Buckle and 1 BIG BANK payout Sunday after 2 day go. 0.5 second splits.

Little Banks 4D: $200.00 entry fee time will carry over from the Open 5D. Little Bank Payout Sunday Champion average Buckle. 0.7 splits

Youth 4D: $75.00 entry fee 0.5, .5, .5, 1 second splits for riders 17 and under. 2 Go average with buckles in each D 1-2nd place.

Senior 4D: $50.00 entry fee 0.7 second splits for contestants 50 and older 2 go with Average Champion Buckle

EZ Rider 4D: $50.00 entry fee 0.5, .5, .5, 1 second splits 20 sec time cap faster times will be disqualified from side pot but will stand in Open, Average Champion Buckle

SABRA: $25.00 entry fee 100% goes to SABRA. This side pot goes to year show count for SABRA.

PEE WEE & LEAD LINE SUNDAY ONLY 20.00 classes will run together prize to each contestant

American Qualifier : $500.00 entry fee. Sign Up on BBR website entries will close ONE WEEK prior to show. Check BBR for all rules and regulations. Qualifier will run Saturday before the Open.

FRIDAY 5D Open WARM UP RACE: 80.00 entry fee 0.5 sec splits. Entries capped at 150 entries. This is a stand a lone race so time does not go to average awards for Saturday & Sunday.

Exhibitions: 5.00 per run by reservation only. Reservations must be made at entry. First come first serve.

Check In : Friday before show. 6pm Early check In Time. Pre Entries will receive goodies off the freebie table. EVERYONE must check in prior to run or you will be considered a turn out. Fees must be paid in full prior to run.

**You must be present to pick up winnings and awards. If you are not for some reason you can pay for shipping if you wish or have a designated person sign for them. We will not release cash or awards unless given permission by the competitor.

AVERAGE AWARDS:

Open 5D: Buckles in each D 1st-3rd Place Prizes to 4th & 5th. 1D Average Champion will be awarded a flower garland for Champion Horse and Cooler.

Youth, Futurity & Derby: Buckles in each D to 1st and 2nd. Prize to 3rd place in each D

Big Bank/Little Bank/EZ Rider & Senior: Champion Buckle to 1st place in each class

American Qualifier: Champion Buckle and Trophy Halter

Pee Wee/Lead line: Ribbon & Prize to each contestant

Progressive Payout. 100% of all added money goes to the contestants payout. 70% of entries goes to payout in all classes except Big Bank and Little Bank 80%, Pee Wee and Lead Line prizes only to each contestant. Buy backs available to remain in the average does not go to added money %.

Arena Fee/Office Fee: 25.00 per first horse entry per day 12.00 each horse after. 25.00 Late Fee for entering on site. Entries will be taken up until the 200th runner each day.
