Become a CBR Member in 2026. In order to become a Crown B Ranch National Association member you must first purchase a membership. There are three available membership tiers for the 5D Open Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers different qualifications for finals in points and show count. It is up to you to purchase which best fits you. Each tier gives detailed qualification count. Open memberships are based off RIDER NOT HORSE. You may enter as many horses in the open as you wish. Points are very simple 1 point for every $1.00 earned in the open class. Each individual show day counts as 1 Show Point. Silver & Gold memberships have a special incentive for every $1.00 spent with CBR or approved producer receive .25 points. Gold Add On membership available for Youth and Futurity/Derby Members at half price. Futurity and Derby memberships are based off HORSE NOT RIDER. Points on age related membership is tracked off individual horse not rider. Membership must be paid prior to event start to receive points and show count. Memberships are available FOR IMMEDIATE purchase under "Membership Tap" on the Main Menu. After membership is purchase you will receive a follow up email with your application form. Membership begins from time of purchase until November 1, 2026. New Year points start after Finals. Members can earn points at ALL Crown B Ranch shows and at ALL APPROVED PRODUCER shows for 2026. CBR CARDS. All members will receive a CBR card 4-6 weeks after membership is purchased via the mail. Please make sure you have the correct mailing address on your membership application.

AVAILABLE MEMBERSHIPS. 5D Open Membership 2026 Bronze: 65.00 * minimum of 9 approved shows (1 count per day per show)  or 1000 points earned  Silver: 95.00 *minimum of 8 approved shows (1 count per day per show) or 700 points earned  Gold: 120.00 *minimum of 6 approved shows (1 count per day per show) or 500 points earned Silver and Gold incentives .25 points earned for every $1.00 spent in fees for the Open, Youth, Futurity & Derby classes. All Open membership points are tracked off RIDER NOT HORSE. Meaning you can earn points on multiple horses. 3D Futurity/Derby 100.00 separate from open membership. Futurity/Derby ONLY  finals you may carry to “open” if open membership also purchased for finals. In addition to your Futurity/Derby Membership you can purchase an Open Gold membership as an “add on” for a discounted rate at 60.00 required for finals a  minimum of 6 approved show counts (1 count per day per show) or 400 points earned.*Futurity Age 4&5 year olds never competed on prior to November 15, 2025.*Derby Age 6-8 Year Olds. Futurity/Derby membership is based off HORSE NOT RIDER. Each individual futurity or derby horse will need an individual membership. Points are earned by horse not rider. 4D Youth Membership 60.00 17&under Age as of January 1, 2026. 8 Show Count to qualify for finals or 850 points earned. You may also purchase an "Add On Gold" membership for half price with every youth membership. Points tracked by RIDER NOT HORSE.

COAPPROVED SHOWS: You must have a valid membership prior to running in an approved show in order to receive points in approved classes based off membership purchase. List of approved producers is available on our page. We do not collect or send any money to approved producers. Everything is handled with approved producers your only requirement is purchasing membership on our website prior to running.

FINALS QUALIFICATIONS. Each membership clearly states what is required in order to qualify to enter and run at finals. YOU MUST BE A CBR MEMBER IN ORDER TO RUN AT FINALS WITH CORRECT QUALIFICATIONS. Qualifications must be reached by November 1, 2026. New year begins after finals.

You do not have to be a CBR member in order to run at a Crown B race but you will not be eligible at Finals in November. Crown B Ranch has the authority to make rule changes as seen fit at any time.

Approved Producers. CBR approved producers are individually responsible for their shows and show rules. Crown B has approved producers for EVERY EVENT IN THEIR YEAR for 2026. If you are a CBR member and running at a co approved show you have a chance all year with your local producer to qualify for finals.

2026 Finals will be held November 10-15th, 2026 Tucson, Az Pima County Fairgrounds Indoor Arena Full Service Facility, restaurant, bar, grounds crew and more. PRE ORDER YOUR HAY & SHAVINGS! Tuesday November 10th : MOVE IN DAY! The facility will begin taking haul ins. All reservations will be made directly with Pima County Fairgrounds. Reservation link will be shared with members for reservations. If you need to make earlier haul in plans please let fair staff know. Wednesday November 11th: Early Check Ins inside arena at announcer stand , Head Shots (in dress code) 5:00pm, Reserved Exhibitions 5pm-8pm Thursday & Friday November 12-13th: Check Ins 8am, Head Shots in full Dress Code, Futurity, Derby and Youth Finals and Warm Up Friday night 5D Race. Reserved Time Slot Expos 9 am-12:30 Youth Finals @1pm Futurity & Derby Finals to follow. AWARDS directly to follow last runner. 5D Warm Up Race@6PM FRIDAY ONLY Saturday & Sunday November 14-15th 5D Open Finals.
